Alliteration
2005-01-08 2:48 p.m.

Fuzzy, buzzing skies.
Swimming, sludging rain.
Ramming, running wind
That patters, pounds, pisses
All over waiting rooftops.

Wiggling, wire trees.
Tapping, tricking fingers.
Fleeting, floating leaves.
That flutter, flit, fall
Into expectant purple puddles.

Dipping, darkling sun.
Shunning, slowing dusk.
Dipping, diving daylight
That diffracts, deflects, defects
Underneath the impatient clocks.

Stretching, stricken arms.
Aching, awkward joints.
Jumpy, jolly grins
That limp, lag, loll
Within the lonely laughter.
